I have been using this restaurant for more than 10 years and never had a bad meal. Great basic local ingredients and although not Haute Cuisine it is always very edible. Best Value in the Dordogne, if not France. 5 courses with local wine and coffee for less than a reasonably Bootle of wine in most restaurants. The staff are excellent although if they are busy the meal can be a little slow in coming, but heck who cares.

Excellent typical French country restaurant. No menu you get what you are given over 5 courses and wine included. You'd be hard pushed to find better value. Loads of French eating there which is always a good sign.

One set menu of 5 courses including wine for around €13. Amazing value. It's good for kids too because if they don't like one course there is always another and a good dessert trolley to choose from. Madame is welcoming and smiley.

We went today for the first time and had a wonderful meal. €13 for 5 courses including wine and coffee and a huge basket of bread! The service was very quick, the young waitress served 40+ people single handed. Excellent service, excellent food and I have reserved a table for the moules frites night on Friday!

Only 13 Eu for a five course meal. I would it describe as French peasant food.. soup.. fish and rice.. duck.. pudding (various) and a bottle of wine for every two people.. the place is dark and drab but the food well cooked and the menu changes everyday

I've been using this place for a number of years. Rustic dining with ample wine for a bargain price. Last there on Saturday 23rd March 2p19 and ate there 3 times tgat week. Tres bonne
